Job Title: SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Job Duties: Analyze user, business, and technical requirements to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend software applications. Design application architectures, services, and data models; develop secure and high performance APIs; and implement system integrations. Optimize application performance, reliability, and security through efficient coding, testing, and maintenance practices. Deploy and support applications in

distributed and cloud environments, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure ongoing operational stability. Prepare technical documentation, participate in code reviews, collaborate with crossfunctional teams in an Agile environment, and provide technical guidance to team.

 Requirements: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Cis, Engineering, It, Business Administration, or related field with 36 Months of experience in job offered or related work.

• Having above 8 Years of experience in                                                    cloud computing & extensive use of cloud services.
• Expertise in building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, CodeDeploy, CloudFront, S3). 
• Experience with Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, ELK and deploying applications on AWS & Microsoft Azure 
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform 
• Latent desire and/or curiosity in related domain like software development, front-end engineering, security or project management

•  Knowledge of server-side programming languages including Net, Java, Ruby and Python 
•  Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB and MySQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish 
•  Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, jQuery and LESS 
•  Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design 
•  Experience working with Nginx or Apache servers with a solid background in Linux 

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:

• Candidate should have excellent knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (Online with 365). Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and portal development, Testing, Implementing, Debugging and Documenting the complex program
• Candidate should have Solid skills in Azure/PowerApps, Visual Studio, GitHub. Proficiency in developing efficient Client-side scripting using Plug-In, Workflows, and Custom Business Processes, and a fair level of knowledge in developing applications
• Candidate should be able to understand the technical and functional documents. Should be capable of creating a detailed technical documentation on various project assignments specially the Technical Roadmap with Ford Framework
• Candidate will be working with client stakeholders to understand business drivers, ensure usability, scalability, and satisfaction, and act as liaison between the client, technical and design teams to implement technical roadmap in alignment with the OKRs
• Candidate must understand the business needs and convert them into software design documents that will be used to develop software.
• Candidate to ensure that all the standard requirements have been met and is involved in performing the technical analysis.
• Candidate should collaborate with Product Managers in project delivery planning, applying knowledge of the requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks
• Candidate to ensure quality and relevance of user requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications to ensure projects are delivered successfully
• Candidate must have good communication skills and should be able to work in global IT Teams/business customer
• Candidate should have strong Analytical and Problem-solving abilities in their area of professional exposure (technical skills)

Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise application solutions/development
• Must have good technical knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Power Portal
• Hands on experience with Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Custom Controls
• In-Depth knowledge of and experience in Customer Service module of Dynamics 365
• Good to have strong experience in integration technologies to connect internal & third-party systems.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops is preferred
• Experience using Agile development methodology to conceptualize and deliver software.
• Having Microsoft Dynamics Certifications is good to have

• Open to learn new technologies and capabilities .

Sr. Data Engineer:    

• Gather, arrange, process and model data. 
• Design, develop, create, test, enhance, customize and implement advance software module components in complex computer environments.
•  Analyze and handle large volume of data and      perform ETL operations. Perform data mining and data analysis. 
• Analyze data warehouse requirements and develop ETL solutions. Using tools &      technologies like Hadoop, Java, Scala, Python, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Business Objects, Oracle, SQL Server, etc. 
• Travel to various unanticipated      worksite locations with frequency dependent on Project and/or Client requirement throughout the U.S. may be required.
